Staff Wellbeing
Practical frameworks and tailored support to strengthen the physical, mental, organisational and spiritual wellbeing of your school staff.
Our Vision
Edvance is committed to helping schools build sustainable, evidence informed wellbeing systems for their staff. Research consistently shows that higher levels of staff wellbeing are linked to better student outcomes, lower absenteeism and stronger school culture.
We believe that effective staff wellbeing is not an add-on program but an embedded practice woven through school culture, leadership, policy and daily operations. Our approach draws on internationally recognised wellbeing research — including ACER, PESA and OECD TALIS — and is adaptable to the governance structures and policies of any school sector.
